Meta Fined $414M for EU Personal Privacy Law Violations

“It is necessary to keep in mind that these decisions do not prevent customised marketing on our platform.”

Meta has the legal right to appeal the DPC’s judgment and will not be forced to make modifications up until a final decision is reached in court.
